How do I sign up?
To get started, please select the Hesta service that’s right for you on our website and complete your payment. You can use our service finder if you need help deciding which services are right for you. We’ll then contact you by email to get you set up and guide you through the next steps.
What information do I need to pay for a service?
To get started, we’ll ask for a few basic details, including your name, date of birth, date your baby was born, email address and address.
This helps us confirm we can support you safely. We’ll then guide you through the next steps, where we’ll ask more about your health so our clinical team can personalise your care.
We only ever collect what we need to provide safe, high quality support. Your information is kept secure and handled with care.
Is Hesta Health safe and secure?
Yes. All your health data is encrypted and stored securely in line with UK GDPR and NHS data standards. You can find our privacy policy here.
What happens after I sign up?
If you’ve signed up during your pregnancy, you don’t need to do anything! We’ll be in touch when your due date arrives to get you set up.
If you’ve already given birth and you have purchased a Health Check, after completing your sign up you’ll complete your Hesta360, and book your at-home blood test. From there, a Hesta clinician will review your results and deliver your Hesta Health Check Report and Hesta Care Guide. If you’ve also got access to AskHesta, we’ll be in touch shortly after payment to get you onboarded.
Can I stop and return later?
Yes - you can save your progress and return anytime
