What treatments can I access through Hesta Health?
Hesta Care allows you to book GP appointments, physiotherapy, dietetics (nutrition support), psychotherapy, lactation, or midwifery follow-ups - all tailored to your goals and needs
Why can’t I just access Hesta Care without completing the Hesta Health Check?
All care delivered by our clinical team is informed by your personalised Hesta Care Guide. This ensures any support we provide is clinically recommended, safe, and appropriate for your stage of recovery.
We see postnatal health as an integrated journey, not a series of standalone services.
The Hesta Health Check and Hesta Care are designed to work together so your support is evidence-based, personalised, and thoughtfully planned rather than transactional.
If you’d like to be able to access Hesta Care without a health assessment, please tell us! Email us on support@hesta.health with your feedback.
What if I need to rearrange a treatment or appointment?
If you need to rearrange your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as you can. We’re here whenever you need us.
