How do I share feedback?
You can rate your experience or send us feedback at hello@hesta.health. We read every message and appreciate all your thoughts.
If you’re ever worried about the care you’ve received, please contact care@hestahealth.com and your concern will be reviewed by our team.

Do you run user research or clinical research?
We run regular user research sessions to improve the experience, accessibility and usability of our service. This includes gathering feedback on how people use the Hesta Health app, understand their reports, and navigate their care journey. Participation is always voluntary and you can find out more and sign up here.
We are also undertaking structured clinical evaluation within UK primary care settings to assess and compare our H360 digital assessment model against current standard postnatal care pathways. We are not currently running open recruitment for these studies.
