How AskHesta works

No question too big or small

In the earliest weeks after birth, questions can come up constantly. AskHesta gives you direct messaging support from qualified healthcare professionals, so you can ask about your recovery, your mind and body, feeding, your baby, or how you’re feeling.

AskHesta is designed to support you in the first stage of your Hesta journey, and is designed to sit alongside your Hesta Health Check to give you comprehensive fourth trimester support.

You can access Hesta from the day you give birth, at any time for your first 12 weeks.  When you’re ready, your Health Check gives you a deeper clinical picture of your postnatal recovery.
