Hesta x Jo Loves Gifting Offer Terms

1. About these terms
 

These terms apply to the Hesta x Jo Loves Gifting Offer (the “Offer”). The Offer is promoted by Hesta Health Limited, company number 16456761, of 25 Eccleston Place, London SW1W 9NF (“Hesta”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By participating in the Offer, you agree to these terms and the Hesta Gift Terms. If there is any conflict between these terms and the Hesta Gift Terms, these terms apply to the extent of the conflict in relation to the Offer.


2. Offer period


The Offer opens at 1100 BST on 21 July 2026, and continues while Promotional Gift stock lasts, but will end no later than 23:59 on 21 September 2026.


3. Eligibility


To participate, you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over.

  • Be resident in the United Kingdom.

  • Purchase an eligible Hesta Gift Card or Gift Package with a value of £50 or more through the Hesta Health website during the Offer period (a “Qualifying Purchase”).

  • Provide a valid UK delivery address for the promotional gift.


The Offer is available while stocks last. One promotional gift is available per Qualifying Purchase.


4. The promotional gift


Each Qualifying Purchase will receive one complimentary Jo Loves Fragrance Paintbrush™ RRP £42 (the “Promotional Gift”).


The Promotional Gift is supplied by Jo Loves. It is not redeemable for cash, credit or any alternative product. The Promotional Gift cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.


The Offer is not a prize draw. Each customer who makes a Qualifying Purchase while promotional stock remains available will receive a Promotional Gift.


5. Delivery


We will arrange delivery of the Promotional Gift to the UK delivery address provided at checkout within 5 business days after the Qualifying Purchase.


The Promotional Gift may be delivered separately from the Hesta Gift Code. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
 

If we cannot deliver the Promotional Gift because the delivery address is inaccurate, incomplete or inaccessible, we will contact you using the contact details provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we may cancel the Promotional Gift.


6. Hesta Gifts and recipient eligibility
 

The Hesta Gift Card or Gift Package remains subject to the Hesta Gift Terms, including the Recipient’s eligibility, clinical suitability, service availability and geographic restrictions.


The Promotional Gift does not guarantee that a Recipient is eligible or clinically suitable for Hesta services. If Hesta cannot provide services to the Recipient, Hesta will deal with the Hesta Gift Card or Gift Package in accordance with the Hesta Gift Terms.


7. Cancellations and refunds


If you cancel or receive a refund for a Qualifying Purchase before we dispatch the Promotional Gift, you will no longer be eligible for the Offer.


If a Promotional Gift has already been dispatched when a Qualifying Purchase is cancelled or refunded, we may require you to return the Promotional Gift unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.


8. Availability and changes


The Offer is subject to promotional stock availability. We may withdraw, suspend or amend the Offer where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, stock unavailability, circumstances outside our reasonable control or a legal or regulatory requirement. We will not make changes that materially disadvantage customers who have already made a Qualifying Purchase, except where reasonably necessary for those reasons.


9. Jo Loves


Jo Loves is the supplier of the Promotional Gift. Hesta is responsible for administering the Offer and for customer queries relating to a Qualifying Purchase. Questions about a Promotional Gift’s ingredients, suitability, safety or use should be directed to advice@joloves.com.


Nothing in this Offer gives either party the right to use the other party’s name, trade marks or branding except as agreed for the Offer.


10. Personal data


We will use your personal data to administer the Offer, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries, in accordance with the Hesta Privacy Policy. We will share delivery information with Jo Loves or its fulfilment provider only where necessary to deliver the Promotional Gift.



11. General
 

The Offer cannot be used with any other Hesta offer, discount or promotion unless we state otherwise.

These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
