1.  THE PROMOTER

1.1  This prize draw (the "Draw") is operated by Hesta Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16456761), whose registered office is at 25 Eccleston Place London SW1W 9NF (“Hesta”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.3  These Terms and Conditions (“Draw Terms”) apply to all entrants and nominees and should be read alongside Hesta’s main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which remain in full force. In the event of any conflict between these Draw Terms and Hesta’s main Terms of Service, these Draw Terms take precedence in relation to the Draw only.

 

2.  THE DRAW AND PRIZE

2.1  The Draw is a free prize draw. No purchase is required to enter.

2.2  Three (3) Hesta Health Checks will be awarded as prizes (each a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of one Hesta Health Check as described on our website at www.hestahealth.com at the time of the Draw, valued at £129. The Prize description may vary depending on clinical suitability and postnatal stage, as set out in clause 9.

2.3  The Prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative is available, except as set out in clause 9.4.

2.4  Subject to clause 8, the Prize may be transferred to another eligible biological female (“Recipient”) at the winner’s request, as set out in clause 8.

 

3.  ELIGIBILITY

3.1  The Draw is open to biological females who meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:

  • aged 18 or over (or the minimum clinical age applicable to the Hesta Health Check, if higher);

  • resident in the United Kingdom;

  • have given birth in the last two years;

  • able to attend the Hesta Turns One event in Marylebone, London on 11 June 2026; and

  • not an employee, worker, contractor, or immediate family member of Hesta Health Limited, or of any agency or supplier directly involved in administering this Draw.

 

3.2  The Hesta Health Check is a clinical service designed for individuals with female biology. Eligibility for the Draw and for the Prize is accordingly restricted to biological females. This restriction constitutes a genuine clinical and occupational requirement and is applied in accordance with the single-sex service exception under Schedule 3, Part 7 of the Equality Act 2010.

3.3  Eligibility is self-certified at the point of entry. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any point and to disqualify any entrant or nominee who does not meet the eligibility criteria, including after a winner has been selected.

3.4  Only one entry per person is permitted, whether by self-entry or by nomination. Multiple entries by the same individual will be void.

 

4.  HOW TO ENTER: SELF-ENTRY

4.1  To enter the Draw directly, complete the entry form at [INSERT URL] during the entry period set out in clause 6.

4.2  You will be asked to provide:

  • your full name;

  • your email address; and

  • confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1.

 

4.3  You will also be given the option to consent separately to receiving marketing communications from Hesta. This consent is entirely optional and has no effect on your entry into the Draw. Marketing consent will be sought via a separate, clearly labelled, unticked tick-box.

4.4  Entries must be received by the closing date set out in clause 6. Late entries will not be accepted.

 

5.  HOW TO ENTER: NOMINATION

5.1  An eligible entrant may nominate another eligible person to be entered into the Draw on her behalf (a “Nominee”). To make a nomination, the nominator completes the nomination section of the entry form at [INSERT URL] during the entry period.

5.2  The nominator must provide:

  • their own full name and email address (the nominator is themself entered into the Draw if eligible by submitting a nomination);

  • the Nominee’s full name and email address; and

  • confirmation that they have the Nominee’s permission to share their contact details with Hesta for the purpose of this Draw.

 

5.3  On submission of a nomination, Hesta will send the Nominee an automated confirmation email. That email will:

  • explain that they have been nominated to enter the Draw (identifying the nominator by first name only);

  • describe the Prize and the event;

  • invite the Nominee to confirm that they wish to be entered and to self-certify their eligibility;

  • provide a brief privacy notice and a link to Hesta’s Privacy Policy; and

  • specify a 48-hour window within which the Nominee must confirm.

 

5.4  A Nominee’s entry is only valid once she has confirmed her entry via the confirmation link in that email. Nominees who do not confirm within 48 hours of the confirmation email being sent will not be entered into the Draw, and their personal data will be deleted.

5.5  Each entrant may submit one nomination only. An individual may not nominate themselves.

5.6  Confirmed Nominees and self-entrants are entered into the same draw pool. There is no distinction in the draw between entry methods.

 

Note

By nominating, you confirm that the Nominee has given you permission to share their contact details with Hesta. If you are not sure, ask them first.

 

6.  ENTRY PERIOD AND DRAW

6.1  The Draw is open from 19 May 2026 12:00 GMT and closes at 23:59 GMT on 1 June 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will be void.

6.2  The Draw will take place on 2 June 2026. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.

6.3  Three reserve entrants will also be selected, in ranked order, in case a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required window, is found to be ineligible, or declines or forfeits the Prize.

6.4  The draw will be conducted using a random selection method and witnessed and documented internally. The promoter’s decision as to the conduct of the draw is final.

6.5  Hesta reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Draw or amend these Draw Terms at any time, where required for legal, clinical, operational, or regulatory reasons, or where circumstances outside Hesta’s control make it necessary to do so. Where reasonably practicable, Hesta will notify entrants of any material change.

 

7.  WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING

7.1  Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw taking place.

7.2  Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of the notification email being sent. If a winner does not respond within that window, Hesta will contact the first reserve in ranked order, and so on, until the Prize is accepted or all reserves are exhausted.

7.3  Winners (or, where a Prize is gifted under clause 8, the Recipient on the winner’s behalf) must attend the Hesta Turns One event on 11 June 2026 in Marylebone, London to collect their prize confirmation and receive details of how to book their Health Check. If a winner or Recipient is unable to attend, please contact us at hello@hesta.health as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Hesta has discretion as to whether to make alternative arrangements.

7.4  The Health Check will be booked separately after the event, through Hesta’s standard clinical booking process. Booking is subject to availability and clinical eligibility, as set out in clause 9.

7.5  Hesta is not responsible for winner notification emails that are not received due to technical failure, spam or junk filtering, incorrect email addresses provided at entry, or any other cause outside Hesta’s reasonable control.

 

8.  PRIZE TRANSFER (GIFTING)

8.1  A winner who does not wish to use the Health Check themself may transfer the Prize to another eligible person (a “Recipient”), subject to this clause 8.

8.2  To transfer the Prize, the winner must notify Hesta in their acceptance email that they wish to gift the Prize, and provide the Recipient’s full name and email address.

8.3  Hesta will contact the Recipient directly to arrange booking. The Recipient must meet all eligibility criteria in clause 3 (other than the requirement to have entered the Draw). The Recipient’s eligibility will be assessed in the same way as a winner’s.

8.4  The Health Check remains subject to clinical eligibility of the actual Recipient, assessed at the point of booking. Clinical eligibility cannot be guaranteed in advance of the booking assessment.

8.5  No further transfer of the Prize is permitted once a Recipient has been nominated.

8.6  No cash or other alternative will be provided in place of a transferred Prize.

 

9.  CLINICAL ELIGIBILITY AND THE HEALTH CHECK

9.1  Winning this Draw does not constitute clinical consent, clinical eligibility, or a guarantee that the Health Check will proceed as described.

9.2  The Hesta Health Check will be delivered in accordance with Hesta’s standard clinical booking and consent processes. At the point of booking, the winner or Recipient will be required to:

  • complete Hesta’s standard onboarding and eligibility assessment processes;

  • complete Hesta’s standard health questionnaire;

  • provide informed consent for any clinical procedures forming part of the Health Check, including blood testing where applicable; and

  • comply with any pre-appointment instructions provided by Hesta.

 

9.3  Clinical eligibility will be assessed at the point of booking. Hesta reserves the right to decline, modify, or adapt any element of the Health Check where a winner or Recipient is not clinically suitable, or where the Health Check as described is not available for clinical, operational, or regulatory reasons.

9.4  Where a Health Check cannot be provided at all due to clinical ineligibility or other reasons outside the winner’s or Recipient’s control, Hesta will use reasonable endeavours to offer a suitable alternative. No cash alternative will be provided.

9.5  Hesta’s standard results, reporting, and escalation pathway applies to all winners and Recipients. By claiming the Prize, the winner and any Recipient agree to be bound by Hesta’s main Terms of Service in connection with the Health Check and any related services.

9.6  The Prize will be redeemed at the Hesta Turns One event on 11 June 2026, at which point the winner or Recipient will undergo the blood draw element of the Health Check. The report, results, and any associated clinical follow-up will be delivered by Hesta following the event in accordance with Hesta's standard clinical pathway and timescales. Winners or Recipients who do not attend the event will forfeit the Prize unless Hesta has agreed alternative arrangements in writing under clause 7.3.

 

10.  DATA PROTECTION

10.1  Hesta Health Limited is the data controller for all personal data collected in connection with this Draw. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO registration number: ZB905449).

10.2  Personal data collected from self-entrants and Nominees will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Draw, including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, notifying and corresponding with winners and reserves, and (where applicable) facilitating prize fulfilment. This processing is carried out on the basis of Hesta’s legitimate interests in running the Draw fairly and in accordance with these Draw Terms.

10.3  The Nominee’s name and email address are collected from the nominator at the point of nomination. This data will be used only to send the Nominee a confirmation email as described in clause 5.3. If the Nominee does not confirm their entry within 48 hours, their personal data will be deleted. If the Nominee confirms her entry, their data will be treated in the same way as a self-entrant’s data from that point.

10.4  Entry data for non-winners will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the draw, except where an entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications from Hesta, in which case their contact details will be retained for that purpose until they withdraw consent.

10.5  Where a winner proceeds with the Health Check, the personal and health data collected in connection with that appointment will be processed in accordance with Hesta’s main Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, as applicable to clinical services. Health data is special category personal data under UK GDPR and will be processed on the basis of Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (health and social care purposes) and Schedule 1, paragraph 2 of the Data Protection Act 2018.

10.6  Hesta will not use entry data for marketing communications unless a separate, explicit consent has been given. Marketing consent is collected via a separate opt-in at the point of entry and may be withdrawn at any time.

10.8  You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO at www.ico.org.uk.

 

11.  PUBLICITY

11.1  Winners may be asked, but not required, to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Draw, such as being mentioned (by first name or initial only) in Hesta’s communications or on social media. Winners will not be identified by full name, image, or other identifying detail without their separate, specific consent.

11.2  Winners are not required to post about their win, their Health Check, or their results on social media as a condition of receiving or claiming the Prize.

11.3  Winners may not be asked to provide a testimonial about the Health Check as a condition of receiving the Prize.

 

12.  LIABILITY

12.1  Nothing in these Draw Terms limits or excludes Hesta’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.2  Subject to clause 12.1, Hesta accepts no liability for:

  • any failure to receive an entry due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond Hesta’s reasonable control;

  • any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance or use of the Prize;

  • any inability to use or enjoy the Prize due to circumstances outside Hesta’s reasonable control; or

  • any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with this Draw.

 

12.3  Hesta is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information submitted by entrants or Nominees, including email addresses that are inaccurate or inaccessible.

 

13.  GENERAL

13.1  These Draw Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with this Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.2  These Draw Terms are in addition to, and do not replace or modify, Hesta’s main Terms of Service, which continue to apply to any use of Hesta’s services, including the Health Check.

13.3  The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

13.4  If any provision of these Draw Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Draw Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.5  These Draw Terms constitute the entire agreement between Hesta and each entrant in relation to the Draw. No other representations, promises, or commitments made prior to or outside these Draw Terms shall have effect.

13.6  Hesta reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, Nominee, or winner at any stage of the Draw and to disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria, who has provided false or misleading information, or who has acted in a manner that Hesta reasonably considers to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to these Draw Terms.

13.7  This Draw is not associated with, endorsed by, or operated in conjunction with any social media platform.
