The Hesta Health Check: Recovery

A complete review of your postnatal health - physical, emotional, and mental.

A calm, thorough clinical process designed to give you clarity, not more to worry about. From questionnaire to results, everything is delivered by our CQC registered team of healthcare professionals.

The Early Access Programme gives you access to the first Hesta Health Check, called Recovery.  It’s designed for women and birthing parents who have given birth in the past six months.

Step 1

The Hesta Health Check: Recovery

Complete your Hesta360 questionnaire

Take your time to share what you’re experiencing. Our clinically designed questionnaire covers physical symptoms, emotional health, medical history, birth experience, lifestyle factors, and current concerns.

Step 2

The Hesta Health Check: Recovery

Get your at-home blood test

A qualified phlebotomist visits your home at a time that suits you. No need to arrange childcare or travel to a clinic. All testing is carried out to clinical standards. Testing is designed both to investigate your symptoms and to provide reassurance by ruling things out. You’ll know exactly what’s been checked.

Step 3

The Hesta Health Check: Recovery

Receive your results

A doctor reviews your questionnaire responses, stated goals, and blood results together, supported by our multidisciplinary clinical team including specialist nurses, pelvic health physiotherapists, and mental health professionals.  You receive your personalised Hesta Health Check Report, written by the Hesta clinical team.

Step 4

The Hesta Health Check: Recovery

Receive your Hesta Guide to Recovery

Your “what’s next” guide to your health, written by your Hesta clinician. It contains clear next steps that you can take to achieve your goals, whether it’s exercises you can complete yourself, or a clinical consultation with a physio, therapist or midwife. Your Guide to Recovery is clinically-led and based on both your health assessment and what’s important to you, right now.
