  • A clinical consultation with a postnatal doctor. Together, you’ll review your results , understand what they mean, and agree on what comes next.

 

Your Hesta Care Plan

After your Hesta Health Check, you’ll have ongoing access to your Hesta Care Plan, a comprehensive plan towards your best health. 

 

It covers all the key areas of postnatal recovery -from mental health to contraception - as well as how to start thinking about your longer term health.  And you’ll have a clinically-led view of where you might need other health professionals to help you back to health, and what you can take control of yourself. 

 

After birth, it’s so easy to be unsure of what’s “normal”.  Your Care Plan will help you understand where to take action, and where to let things settle with time.
